1. Agreement and Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and FIRST RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS LLC ("67 Path," "we," "us"), the developer of the 67 Path application.
This agreement is between you and 67 Path only — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the 67 Path application or its content.
By downloading, installing, or using 67 Path, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Age requirement: 67 Path may be used by people of different ages. If you are under 13, you may use the core app experience only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must not independently use optional sign-in features or submit a waitlist, contact, or pilot form. A parent or legal guardian must submit any permitted form on your behalf. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you to the extent required by applicable law.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 67 Path grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
You may not:
- copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app
- attempt to circumvent or exploit the Screen Time API integration
- sublicense, transfer, or resell access to the app
- use the app for any unlawful purpose
If you sell your Apple device to a third party, you must remove the app before doing so.
3. Description of Service
67 Path provides an intentional social media management tool that uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls framework) to create brief reflection prompts before accessing selected apps. The service is designed for educational use and personal digital wellness.
67 Path is a behavioral tool, not a clinical intervention. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical advice, or professional counseling.
4. Subscriptions, Lifetime Purchase, Free Trial, and Billing
Pricing and Access Options: 67 Path offers flexible access options through the Apple App Store, including recurring monthly subscriptions and an optional one-time Lifetime purchase. All applicable prices are clearly displayed within the app and on the Apple App Store at the time of purchase.
7-Day Free Trial: Eligible new users receive a 7-day free trial on the Apple App Store so families can test the service with zero commitment. No charge is made to your Apple ID account until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the free trial without being charged.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Lifetime Purchase: If you select the one-time Lifetime purchase option, you pay once for ongoing access to the application features associated with that purchase, with no recurring subscription fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain access until that period concludes.
Billing and Refunds: All purchases, payments, and refund requests are processed directly by Apple through your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple's standard App Store policies. 67 Path does not process payments or issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Consent to Use of Data
The app stores selected Screen Time apps, intent, time limit, mood, reflection, session history, and attention score locally on your device. Limited technical information may be processed by Firebase Analytics, Apple, RevenueCat, and Supabase to operate and improve the service, provide purchases and subscriptions, and authenticate optional sign-in. Depending on the feature, this information may include an app-instance or app-user identifier, device and app information, network information, authentication information, purchase receipts, and subscription status.
Firebase custom events contain event names only and do not include your selected app, intent, mood, time limit, session duration, email address, name, Supabase user ID, or RevenueCat user ID. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Google Signals and Ads Personalization are disabled, Google Ads is not linked, and 67 Path does not send a Firebase User-ID.
Our Privacy Policy describes the information processed by each feature and provider, retention, children's privacy, and available choices. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the app to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, content, and trademarks are owned by 67 Path and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Maintenance and Support
67 Path is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app, as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to 67 Path.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 67 Path disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- any specific outcomes related to social media use, screen time, or student wellbeing will be achieved
- the app will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
Apple provides no warranty with respect to the app. Any warranty claims must be directed to 67 Path, not Apple. Should the app prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 67 Path be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app, however caused.
67 Path is not liable for:
- loss of data, revenue, or profits
- outcomes related to social media behavior or student wellbeing
- any damages arising from your reliance on the app as a clinical or therapeutic tool
67 Path's total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00).
11. Product Claims
67 Path, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it, including:
- product liability claims
- claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
- claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation
12. Third-Party Services
The app uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. These frameworks provide opaque tokens for apps selected by the user and do not give 67 Path access to content inside other apps, messages, communications, browsing history, or social-media content.
We use Apple and RevenueCat for purchases and subscriptions, Firebase Analytics for limited app event measurement, and Supabase for optional authentication. The 67 Path website uses Google Analytics 4 for website measurement, Google Forms for waitlists and pilot inquiries, and website-hosting providers to deliver the site. These providers may process limited technical information as described in our Privacy Policy and under their own applicable terms and privacy documentation.
13. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Export Compliance
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the app except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app was obtained. In particular, the app may not be exported or re-exported into any U.S.-embargoed countries or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the app, you represent that you are not located in any such country or on any such list, and that you will not use the app for any purposes prohibited by United States law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict of law principles. You and 67 Path agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to these Terms.
If you are a citizen of any European Union country, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date and provide additional notice when required for a material change. Where a change requires new parental consent or another affirmative authorization, continued use alone will not replace that required consent or authorization.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
