1. Agreement and Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and FIRST RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS LLC ("67 Path," "we," "us"), the developer of the 67 Path application.
This agreement is between you and 67 Path only — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the 67 Path application or its content.
By downloading, installing, or using 67 Path, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Age requirement: If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use the app. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 67 Path grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
You may not:
- copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app
- attempt to circumvent or exploit the Screen Time API integration
- sublicense, transfer, or resell access to the app
- use the app for any unlawful purpose
If you sell your Apple device to a third party, you must remove the app before doing so.
3. Description of Service
67 Path provides an intentional social media management tool that uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls framework) to create brief reflection prompts before accessing selected apps. The service is designed for educational use and personal digital wellness.
67 Path is a behavioral tool, not a clinical intervention. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical advice, or professional counseling.
4. Subscription, Free Trial, and Billing
Pricing: Subscription pricing is displayed in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies. 67 Path does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Referral program: For every 3 friends who install 67 Path using your referral, you receive 1 additional free week of service. Free weeks are applied to your account and do not carry cash value. 67 Path reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
5. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that 67 Path may collect and use technical data and related information — including but not limited to anonymous information about your device, system and application software, and app interactions — gathered periodically to facilitate software updates, product support, diagnostics, and improvement of the service. 67 Path uses this information only in a form that does not personally identify you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at 67path.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the app to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, content, and trademarks are owned by 67 Path and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Maintenance and Support
67 Path is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app, as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to 67 Path.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 67 Path disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- any specific outcomes related to social media use, screen time, or student wellbeing will be achieved
- the app will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
Apple provides no warranty with respect to the app. Any warranty claims must be directed to 67 Path, not Apple. Should the app prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 67 Path be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app, however caused.
67 Path is not liable for:
- loss of data, revenue, or profits
- outcomes related to social media behavior or student wellbeing
- any damages arising from your reliance on the app as a clinical or therapeutic tool
67 Path's total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00).
11. Product Claims
67 Path, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it, including:
- product liability claims
- claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
- claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation
12. Third-Party Services
The app uses Apple's Screen Time API. Your use of that API is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of Apple or any other third-party service.
The 67 Path website uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymized web traffic analysis.
13. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Export Compliance
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the app except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app was obtained. In particular, the app may not be exported or re-exported into any U.S.-embargoed countries or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the app, you represent that you are not located in any such country or on any such list, and that you will not use the app for any purposes prohibited by United States law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict of law principles. You and 67 Path agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to these Terms.
If you are a citizen of any European Union country, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "last updated" date and, where required, by in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
